Oh Toro Ramen & Sushi | Aeropuerto Tocumen — Restaurant in Tocumen

I visit the Sushi Ramen Restaurant after being told that we have no pasta from the Pizza and Pasta place right next to it. I didn't mind having Sushi since it mostly fits my diet choices. No Cheese, No beef, No Pork. After visiting this restaurant I ask for the Rainbow Rolls without Cheese. That wasn't a problem taken cheese out. However, they have a teriyaki Chicken bowl that had rice within it. I didn't want the chicken since I had the Sushi rolls, but I didn't mind having rice with the Sushi. However, that turned into a huge ordeal asking for just rice. She said she can separated and give me two bowls. Then she said I cannot have the rice by itself. I first thought it was a language barrier, but she indicated it again that I have to have the chicken and vegetables as well. So I said O.K., but can I know the reason why. She simply said NO! No you will not tell me the reason why or NO because you don't know. She just shook her head left and right and said NO! Most would have left at this point, I stayed and stated...... Let me get this straight, you can separate the rice, but you have to sell me the chicken and sauce and vegetables as well,. Knowing that I am not going to eat it so it would have went to waste. Also, I ask the reason why I can't just buy the rice and you simply said NO! As if I am not allowed to ask the question as to the reason why. If you simply indicated that you were instructed to sell the everything and not anything separated, I would have ask for the owner or managers info, but you simply said NO! So I left the establishment with the message that I cannot ask a question to the reason the way things are within the place. You have all of these items, but you cannot sell them separately. You must sell everything together only. There could have been a number of reason why like, It is only setup as the teriyaki chicken bowl and there isn't away to break each item down on the register. But she simply said NO. Now, the sushi was just what you would expect from a fast food restaurant, just O.K. or something to hold you over until later. The lemonade was good though. I was happy that the lemonade is not lemon Fanta or the Parisian version of Lemonade. But the service was absolutely the worst. Raise the voice when saying that I can't have it by itself and didn't actually...

The ramen was barely better than instant cup noodles, but the service was the real disaster. The female cashier with glasses was unbelievably rude, acting like I owed her something. Her behavior was so disgusting that even another customer stepped in to help me because they couldn’t stand watching her.

She has no business working in hospitality if she can’t even pretend to be respectful. Shame on her, and shame on management for allowing someone like this to ruin the experience for paying customers.

Teach her some basic respect, Her rude and disgusting behavior does not belong in this industry!!!!!!...
