I was surprised to find an Olive Garden at the airport in Tocumen, Panama, but it turned out to be a great choice. The menu was large for such a small location and priced right for "airport food." Our server Noelia was really friendly and attentive. We had a 4 hour layover, and she didn't miss a beat in service the entire time. We ordered the fried shrimp appetizer and the meat lovers pizza. Both entrées were really good. Dare I say, the food tasted better than our local OG in Florida?!?! The airport has plenty of food options, but we were happy with the OG. Good job!

Few places to choose at airport but this place is a gem. I know it's a chain, but excellent place. very organized, everything looks super clean, the staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive, personal and nice. Had the tour of Italy and delicious, everything tasted fresh. Food came out quick but not rushed. Definitely will come back here when I have the time between flights.

Me dejé llevar por las recomendaciones y comentarios que tenía este lugar en el maps y son totalmente ciertas! Muchas veces he hecho escala en Panamá, y la comida es generalmente fast food y lo que no es cadena generalmente es pésima y carísima. El menú en este lugar es reducido y con precios altos si los comparas con el resto de opciones, pero vale totalmente la pena. Probé la lasagna, la cual viene con una sopa o una ensalada, pedí el minestrone y estaba buenísimo, además lo sirven con dos panecitos súper deliciosos. La lasagna es enorme, está súper bien servida, los ingredientes se sienten frescos, con buena sazón y excelente calidad. Fueron 21 dólares, pero pienso que dos personas pueden comer de allí y si comen mucho tal vez pedir una sopa adicional o una ensalada porque si están súper bien servidos los platos. El personal es súper atento, el servicio es rápido y al entregar la cuenta te dan chocolatitos para matar esas ganas de un dulcito ❤️ Definitivamente, cada vez que haga escala en Panamá, comeré allí

I have never been treated so badly. The waiter was rude. After I asked for the billl, I requested for an extra glass of coke, since refills are unlimited, but the waiter refused to bring it. He said that after he closes the bill he can no longer bring anything.

He also forced me to give a 10% tip.

This is not the profile of someone who works at Olive Garden. This waiter's mood is somewhat worrying.

For more than twenty years I have frequented the Olive Garden restaurant in Florida and I have always received very good service.

I will never return to this...

I had dinner here the 2nd of nov 2024 and service, food and atmosphere were great. Waiters were polite and friendly, empty tables were clean in spite of numerous customers entering and leaving, nice music at a good volume. I had fettuccini alfredo and it was very tasty and a big portion too. All in all, definitely recommend. I overheard waiters speaking in english, in case you don't speak spanish fluently.
