I had a terrible experience with this location. I was the only person in line and the guy at the counter was fulfilling another order while I waited (perfectly fine!) I ordered a capuchino and the last time I got one from a Starbucks (different location)they put a ton of cinnamon in it without my asking. So this time I asked for one without. The guy (I believe his name was Natx? Or something like that) at the counter rudely said, “they don’t come with cinnamon so you don’t need to say that.” I told him about my previous experience, he rolled his eyes at me and told me I had to of asked for it. I almost walked away at this point. There are ways to say, “we don’t usually make them without your asking so there must have been a mistake” without being rude. I give him my money, hold my hand out for the change and he puts the change on the counter directly under my hand. I look at my hand, the change and him, and he smirks at me and walks away. There were also about 5 people “working”, the guy at the counter, 1 guy cleaning a machine and 3 women standing around talking.

Read moreThere were quite a number of people in the queue but there were only 2 counters, and be it the counters or the preparing of the drinks I could see the service was rather slow. There wasn't much space and the people were just hogging at the seats. I wanted to order some food but decided not to since I was not able to sit to enjoy. A bit disappointed to see that they have the Green Tea Frapp which I wanted to order but upon ordering was told it is not available. I think this is the first time which happened to me in a Starbucks cafe. Ended up ordering the Chocolate Frapp. Hope the service here can improve and also probably be given a bigger space to accommodate more people.
