Bassano Pizzeria a La Leña — Restaurant in Huanchaco

Found this place right behind our Airbnb. I think if I understand him correctly, he said they have been closed for four years and this was their first week being open since Covid. My kids devoured the pizza and the whole family thought this was reminiscent of mama Lucia‘s in the states. Definitely would recommend you try this little gem. The owner is Italian and I can tell he cares for the quality of the food that he is preparing. Take time to try this little place you will not be disappointed...
