I only saw the rating after we ordered, so I was braced for the worst. My fears turned out to be unfounded however, our food was pretty decent! Nothing I will write home about, but it was flavourful, with decent quality ingredients and I managed to finish most of it (portion was huge). The young man serving us was super-friendly and attentive and talked us through the best options on the menu. The food arrived pretty quickly too, I guess that may have been down to it being a Thursday night and not very busy.

My hubby and I came to have dinner while we were waiting our bus ride and the service was awful. The server disappeared for 30 minutes then I have to ask another server to take our order. Then that server disappeared too. I had to ask another server about our food. It was now 45 minutes just waiting on getting the food.
