Cevicheria La Quimba — Restaurant in Ica

I ordered a duo of ceviche with chicharrón but with ají amarillo in the ceviche which the owner and chef recommended. The quality of the fish and the flavors were amazing, I recommend to dip your chicharron in the ceviche juice, great for those who are visiting Ica and want to go to a cevicheria, the portions are big and the restaurants has enough space for a big group, my dad got a seafood fried rice that was huge, and for dessert I had a lucuma ice cream which everyone who visits Peru must try.
