Not exactly what i was expecting..🙄 When it comes to this type of cooking you gotta know your stuff. I ain't no expert but i had better. First of all. The establishment is nice and clean the cook was very professional. Ordered the Mixto Clásico (20 Soles). This place is no longer the street stall when Anthony Bourdain was there. It's now a small casual restaurant. Just like Grimanesa in Miraflores.
