This is my third time visiting Clamore café and it has changed for the ones who remember it used to have a wall to divide the main entrance. Bonito lugar con buena carta y buen servicio del personal. Estuve en zona y me antojé un café y un pastelito. Al final pedí un cappuccino y un croissant de mantequilla. Servicio rapido. El cappuccino, para mi sorpresa, autentico. Digo esto por qué muchas cafeterías en Perú venden cappuccino sin saber bien su preparación. El croissant también bueno. Estuvo rico acompañarlo con mi cappuccino. El error del día lo cometí casi al salir. Vi una crema volteada en la refri y me la pedí. De la textura y sabor noté inmediatamente que había estado en la refri ya varios días. No que estuviera descompuesta, pero sí la consistencia estaba muy lejos de una leche asada fresca y rica.
