El Mordisco — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

May 2023 return visit, same great atmosphere and good portions that’ll stuff you with delicious Peruvian cuisine. Ordered my favorite soup- chupe de camarones/ shrimp bisque soup but a slight difference this time. Not the same delicious broth. Wondering if any changes with cooks. CASH ONLY!! The portions are large and the seafood is fresh. The “Leche de Tigre” was very well seasoned and there was a bright burst of ginger in this dish. The “Jalea Mordisco” is perfectly fried and it can be shared between 2-3 people. The only downside of this dish was that the fish was just a tad tough. Other than that it’s all very good.
