The "tiradito en ají amarillo" is showcase of mediocrity. Puny portion, irregular fish cuts, an unfinished flavor in where the aji amarillo flavor is tampered with seasonings that dry the dish while not bringing any enhancement. The waiters try to do a good job, but it the absence of a floor captain is evident. The sirloin with fettuccine al pesto was an honest try, but at the end of the day a true failure.
