Some may mention 'Conchas Negras Don Emilio,' but honestly, these are tastier, has better service and larger portions at similar prices. Here you can choose between three options (ceviche, arroz or sudado) each at S./ 35. The sudado isn't always available, but it's definitely a unique dish. Emilio y Gladys, aquí la reseña, fui un domingo medio día y estaba lleno, buscar estacionamiento es algo difícil ya que la calle es de una sola vía y hay unas personas que te acomodan. No son personas del local pero se entiende que buscan un apoyo por cuidar el auto. El local es pequeño tiene un buen ambiente muy claro y limpio y ordenado, en esta oportunidad pedí el famoso conchas negras. El plato tiene un costo de 35 soles acompañado de una cerveza negra cuzqueña ufff 44 soles en total de acompañamiento unas canchitas chulpi y chifles bien surtido el acompañamiento, ideal para mezclar con el ceviche de conchas negras. Mi experiencia fue que estuvo muy rico ese día había entrenado y este plato estuvo de lo mejor que puedes probar, el sabor picante y ligero sin llegar a arderte los labios se agradece, te ponen un extra de ají por separado, su toque de limón en su punto y aunque, lo más considerado y difícil es que las conchas estaban bien lavadas, ya que la duda al comer este plato, es que encuentres tierra o arena y eso se forme en cálculos en otras palabras sea dañino para uno. El plato estuvo muy bien cuidado como para repetir acompañado de choclo suficiente si tienes más hambre puedes probar unos piqueos extra.
