Osteria Del Porto — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

So we literally called from Cusco on our way to Utah with a long layover in Lima. Tolo dropped us a pin and it’s pretty close (15 minutes) from the airport. We showed up hours later and to our dismay he was closed. I called him again and he happily opened his doors and welcomed us in. We loved our pepperoni pizza, veggie lasagna and meat raviolis. We enjoyed it with wine and obviously tiramisu desert. This was an amazing experience and we are so grateful! The owner and staff are amazing! The home made limoncello is to die for. This is a must visit Italian joint in Lima! ONE OF A KIND...

Food was ok and a bit overpriced. For some unexplained reasons, they didn’t have any pizza on that day. So we had carpaccio and pasta. Carpaccio was good. Pedimos: spaguetti a las finas hierbas, spaguetti a la carbonara y lomo fino con spaguetti a la carbonara, eso de platos fuertes. Cómo entrada unos langostinos en salsa rosada y de postre un tiramisu. Todo estuvo espectacular, la atención muy bien.
