What an amazing find! I decided to come here at the end of my 3 weeks adventure in Peru. This was right after my 5 day trek and I had 2 days to relax before heading home. I had already seen Lima and my objective was simply to relax. So I chose this place since it was near the airport and I was pleasantly surprised. The room I was in was massive and had 2 beds. WiFi was very strong and reliable. There are no bathrooms in the rooms but they're right across the hall. But what really makes this place stand out and worth the visit is the owner Sara. What a gem! She came to greet me as I was getting out of the taxi. She suggested places to eat and where to visit. She offered to accompany me to the bus stop to tell the driver where I'm going, or if I needed to go to somewhere that necessitated a translator. She was just so welcoming and genuinely concerned for your well-being. The location itself is really interesting as the neighborhood is really pretty. Sara says to not wander East of the hotel, but if you need to she'll accompany you, but to the West there are old mansions (some are renovated) and a lot of restaurants. Also, just say that it's near Fortaleza Real Felipe to the taxi drivers as no one knows where it is. Also, I don't suggest you come here if you want to visit lime as it's a bit far from everything really. Come here at the end of your trip to relax or before flying out. It literally took 20 minutes to the airport. I highly...

Read moreWe had a great stay at the Ocean Park Island. Sarita and Angelo made us feel very at home. Much like a friend B&B back in the UK we were well cared for. Large open rooms with a view of the Ocean and a very reasonable price.||La Punta itself is a bit like Havana without the old cars. A nice quite alternative to Lima and close to the Airport. Great birdlife and a nice promenaded...
