Sarcletti — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Waffles were sweet w cinnamon taste, fries eggs were excellent, veggie omelette had nice variety, very decent food. Not really a place go out of your way to go to, if you're at the embassy across the street or walking by that's a great rest area. Air conditioned inside with outside patio seating.

Bad experience overall…. I ask for a vegan soup option and they offer me their local minestrone soup and it has meat. The server was too distracted to remember to offer me at least a cup of water and I ask the host for water after 35 minutes wait for a soup. I order a gnocchi pasta and arrived cold like coming from the fridge.

Horrible experiencia en Sarcletti el Polo, la señorita identificada como Alexandra me cobró más del doble de lo que debía cobrar y si no me daba cuenta me iba pagando mucho más. Al pedirle el libro de reclamaciones la supervisora que se presentó como Maria Fernanda me dijo que no tenía por qué pues se usaba para casos graves, como si el cobro no lo fuese. Al hacerle valer mis derechos como consumidora tomó una actitud prepotente, humillante y me hizo sentir discriminada.
