My dining experience at Arroz Cafe was disappointing, to say the least. I would rate it 1 out of 10, particularly due to the excessively oily Shanghai vegetable dish. The "Sisig Kapampangan Classico at Itlog" was a far cry from authentic Kapampangan sisig; instead, it resembled plain fried pork with chili lang with fried rice and itlog. The Sinigang na Bagnet lacked the distinct sour taste of sinigang; it tasted rather bland, although the pork was tender. The Bistek was passable, but nothing exceptional. The "Ukoy" was also mediocre, lacking in flavor. Moreover, I spotted a small cockroach near our table. Overall, the food did not meet my expectations. And behold he likes their sisig and I ordered dinuguan for me and it's super tasty many on the age people eat here. The ambiance is so nice well lit and even there are only 3 staff they tried their best to run the small restaurant nicely so I hope the negative review here should try...
