My dining experience at Arroz Cafe was disappointing, to say the least. I would rate it 1 out of 10, particularly due to the excessively oily Shanghai vegetable dish. The "Sisig Kapampangan Classico at Itlog" was a far cry from authentic Kapampangan sisig; instead, it resembled plain fried pork with chili lang with fried rice and itlog. The Sinigang na Bagnet lacked the distinct sour taste of sinigang; it tasted rather bland, although the pork was tender. The Bistek was passable, but nothing exceptional. The "Ukoy" was also mediocre, lacking in flavor. Moreover, I spotted a small cockroach near our table. Overall, the food did not meet my expectations. It was not worth the price considering the lack of flavor and the significant disparity between the menu's depiction and reality. Additionally, the claim of authenticity, fell short of the mark.

I find the meals and drinks are overpriced because of lacking satiety value. Good service and cool ambiamce... and that's all. Nothing really so special about the food. Also, most of the food we like... were not available.

Actual food served were far from the pictures. I ordered bangus with pinakbet and halohalo and it was the most depressing halohalo I've ever seen. The best part was the baby cockroach that decided to join in.

I tried their Kare Kare the first time and it was super delicious so I decided to take my boyfriend the next time who is very picky when it comes to food. And behold he likes their sisig and I ordered dinuguan for me and it's super tasty many on the age people eat here. The ambiance is so nice well lit and even there are only 3 staff they tried their best to run the small restaurant nicely so I hope the negative review here should try...
