Jollibee — Restaurant in 2nd District

Jollibee is always a bustling place. With the kids alone who love their food, it's no surprise why they're busy. But, I'm sorry for saying this - this Jollibee branch (Robinsons Las Piñas) is the worst branch I've gone to -- and I've been there 3 times, for the sake of my son who loves Jollibee fries. And, now - another bad experience with this branch through FoodPanda.

The three last visits to their branch --- 1st experience; I've never tasted a dry chickenjoy in my life, kahit pa breast part --- until I dined here for the first time. I think, I even took a picture (will upload if I have it). It was bland, and it didn't look like chickenjoy at all. Anyway, this was on July 10. The place smelled like urine and the table available to sit at was filled with gravy stains that were sticky. The floor was filled with sticky rice and a lot of dirt marks. Take note: we weren't even seated near the toilet.

The second time, I opted to sit outside because of the first experience. I understand that the counter is full and a lot of orders were coming in non-stop at one point. The shitty thing? Is everyone got their orders but us. We waited for 45 minutes. Everyone who stood behind me got their orders and left. Us? We stayed. And we have to follow up twice on our orders -- which was a regular cup of pineapple, nuggets and chips. And you know why we waited that long? Because they forgot the fries. THE FRIES. WHICH EVERYONE ELSE AFTER US GOT. And, we didn't. I swear, I hate this branch.

The 3rd time, I only ordered jumbo fries for takeout. Ako na lumapit sa counter to confirm it's mine and left.

Siyempre, this branch didn't stop there. Ngayon sa FoodPanda, the chips were super soggy. We waited for 50 minutes on FoodPanda --- so you'd expect better. But, nope. Fries were soggy and it only took Manong Rider 4 minutes to deliver it. I order from Jollibee Colours Town -- and I never got it this bad and it takes 10 minutes for the rider to get here! Here's another one, the ketchup sachets? They put it in the box with the chicken meal. Those hands people use to touch various surfaces? Yes, those same hands.

Huhu. This was supposed to be a good review for them to improve but I just remembered how much I hate the brand. My son has autism and he loves Jollibee fries but never when they're soggy. And he doesn't eat anything else other than the fries and chicken --- so nasayang lang order kong fries ngayon. Sakit mo sa...

Summary: If you have other jollibee branch options, choose that.

Imagine this, you’re trying to be nice and understanding, standing quietly and really trying to wait patiently but then…

They said your take out will take 10 mins, but it took almost 30 minutes.

They asked me twice if it’s take out, they still put in a dine in tray anyway. And instead of repacking it quickly, they ordered a new set from the kitchen, adding more wait time. If that’s the protocol, well kung saan kayo masaya go.

They also asked me twice if it’s spicy chicken, I said no, and yet nope, they still gave me spicy, after making me wait for the dine in tray to be changed to take out, i had to wait again for the chicken to be replaced.

They offered you pies to go, expecting they come in a box instead of individual pies, but then they just dumped everything (9 pcs) in a brown bag, like literally stressed na si kuya halos isaksak na lang nya sa bag. Like everybody in the counter was irate.

To top it all up, they did not put any utensils nor ketchup.

I tried to keep my cool, but that last bit was just too much. Like nobody is taking note of anything.

High praises to service crew LARRY, on-duty, dining area 15:00H at 4/26/22, very attentive, assists to all customers, well mannered and keeps himself busy all the time. Was able to serve multiple orders and even presented himself to pickup additional orders. Courteous and greets/thanks customers. Cleans tables fast even if he’s solo duty in the dining area. Organized and works very efficient. Highly commendable and deserves rewards for his effectiveness in his profession. Keep up the good work...
