Disappointing Experience at Gogo Samgyupsal Admiral Branch 😡😡😡
I recently visited Gogo Samgyupsal Admiral Branch and had an extremely negative experience that I feel compelled to share.
Firstly, the staff were incredibly rude, especially the thin and elderly cashier who seemed to have a knack for sighing loudly and speaking condescendingly. 😡😡
Secondly, despite their advertised opening time of 12 am, I waited until 1:30 am and still found the place empty with staff casually chatting amongst themselves.😡😡
Thirdly, the restroom situation was appalling; patrons were prohibited from using it for its intended purpose due to a staff member doing laundry inside.😡😡
Fourthly, the staff displayed an alarming level of hostility whenever approached with inquiries or requests.😡😡
Fifthly, one staff member was dressed as if they were lounging at home, which hardly fits the ambiance of a Samgyupsal restaurant.😡😡
Sixthly, when a piece of meat fell from our table, they demanded an exorbitant fee of 100 pesos per head for its replacement, claiming it didn't appear to have fallen.😡😡
Seventhly, despite their imposition of a service charge, the service was entirely self-service, leaving customers to wonder what exactly they were paying for.😡😡
Overall, my experience at Gogo Samgyupsal Admiral Branch was deeply disappointing, and I would caution others against wasting their time and money at this...
Read moreThat was the worst samgyupsal experience we have ever had. The food was bland and had no flavor. The service crew had an attitude. We ordered softdrinks, but they told us we had to get them ourselves. Yet they still charged us a service fee. If we are paying for service, they should be the ones serving.
The food choices were very limited. We did not even finish the small amount we were served, but they still charged us one hundred pesos per head plus other unnecessary fees. We had already paid for everything, but they refused to let us take home the leftovers.
The place was hot and uncomfortable. One of the grills could not cook the meat properly. It took forever to get anything done. The whole experience was frustrating. Never again. That was the worst customer service we've ever experienced. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD!!...

Kimchi is good, but bitin kasi 1:2 (1 kimchi per 2 person)
The onion sides are my fav and the reason why i came back here.
potato marbles are good. The sauce is sweet and yum but the softness of the marbles is inconsistent. Some of the servings are soft but some of them are hard to chew 🥹
Service: If i don't love their sides, i will never def come back here 😂. The staff are very rude and snobby. EVEN WHEN THEY LAUNCHING THEIR BUSINESS PALANG. HAHA
