Erawan Thai Street Food — Restaurant in 2nd District

We got curious because a number of people were dining here. Also, I saw a generally high rating in Google so we tried it out. Unfortunately, we didn’t like the food. I’ve tried better Thai small food restos/ street stores with the same price or even cheaper. We got their “best seller”, the Thai fried rice, which tasted ordinary. The chicken pandan was just fine, they served a mix of thigh and breast. Thai and Chicken fried rice was so good. I really liked the salsa served with crispy fish fry. It’s one of my favourites. Food was great in terms of taste, flavours and quality. There’s enough quantity to share with friends. Service was really good. They were cooking everything fresh. As it’s located inside BFRV, the restuarant it. Dont know if I just came in on a bad day, but the service was so much delayed. Food Fresh spring rolls : 5/5 From the word itself, "fresh", the vegetables are so good and crunchy. Will try the fried version next time.

Chicken pad thai: 5/5 We ordered the combo, very flavorful and and as you can see on the picture with generous serving of chicken and shrimp, which also by the way tasted fresh, then you have big slices of tofu (yey for me).
