Ultimate Liempo — Restaurant in 2nd District

As it's name, this place has the ultimate liempo! It's tagged as a bar, however, they are available for lunch and dinner. They offer a variety of food and is not limited to finger food for snacking on while drinking.

The place looks like your typical bar with it's dark interior, benches, and decor. But don't be fooled by it's looks as it offers the best liempo! My dad and I were looking for somewhere to eat lunch at and we happened by this place. Since it's name boasts the ultimate liempo, we decided to order the liempo with bbq sauce (they have a labuyo variant) and their 10 pcs wings. They don't have any plated meals available but they do have plain rice available.

The staff is nice and approachable. One waited on me while I was undecided for my order. They even offered service water since we didn't order any drinks.

The food is actually good for its price. For Php 239, the liempo is good with its bbq sauce and dip. And the meat is not that fatty too! Also, the 10 pcs wings for only Php 269 is really affordable! The wings are not that small and are cooked really well. The liempo tastes divine and I can imagine pairs really well with a cold beer. The wings are buttery and delicious and are piping hot when served. I would have ordered their labuyo variant for both if given the space in my stomach.

Overall, the experience is really great. I would go back here to drink some beer with some friends. And as an added bonus, they have a coffee shop adjacent to it so you can wind down...

The only problem is, they even allow kids (that toddler is around 7 or 8 yrs old) to stay there, even if the parents doesn't mind if their kid is inhaling second hand smoke, it still doesn't mean that the establishment should allow kids inside, the thing is, there's a lot of people who smoke inside that bar which is unavoidable because it's a bar.

Our go-to inuman! We have a lot of fun drunken memories here for years now lol they totally improved the place and upgraded their menu! Staff here are nice too and the food—Wendels Wings for the win! Nachos, liempo and fried talong is a must try too. You can really have a nice dinner here while drinking alcohol. We also love their mocktails Siman and Timate. They also extended their closing time from 1AM to 4AM. No more bitin inuman...
