Hanako is truly a hidden gem for anyone craving Japanese food that’s both delicious and budget-friendly. From the first bite, we were impressed with the quality and taste of every dish—fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. The servings are generous, making it excellent value for money without compromising on authenticity.
The service deserves a big thumbs-up—staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The place is a little bit small, but it feels cozy and welcoming, especially for families. What stood out for us is how kid-friendly they are—Hanako transforms their placemats into fun activity sheets, which kept the little ones (and even the grown-ups!) happily entertained while waiting for the food to be served.
All in all, Hanako isn’t just about good food—it’s about a thoughtful dining experience. Definitely a spot we’d love to visit...

Next is we had to ff up for our ordered drinks to be served in the middle of our food intake, although these feedback or issues may seem minor but could also have an effect in your customers’ experience. There’s always room for improvement. Still thankful for your staff’s efforts but still needs...
