I don’t usually write reviews, but Rancho Lorenzo in Las Piñas deserves this rant. This place is hands down one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. I came in hungry and excited, and left irritated, disappointed, and still hungry.
First of all, the service is a complete joke. We stood at the entrance for almost 10 minutes and not a single staff member acknowledged us. When someone finally bothered to seat us, it took another 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order—and they weren’t even busy! The servers looked like they didn’t want to be there, zero energy, zero hospitality, parang napipilitan lang.
Now the food. My God. It was disgusting. The meat was dry, tough, and bland—like it had been cooked last week and just microwaved. The rice was cold and clumpy, and the sides looked and tasted like leftovers from a school cafeteria. And the worst part? Ang mahal pa. For the quality they’re serving, sobrang overpriced. You’re better off eating at a carinderia—at least doon, masarap at mura.
The ambiance? Don’t be fooled by the photos online. It was hot, cramped, and the place felt dirty. Tables weren’t wiped properly, utensils had water spots, and even the chairs were sticky. Not exactly the “ranch-style experience” they claim to offer. Kung gusto mo ng stress, sige, try mo dito.
I don’t know how this place is still open. This was a complete waste of time and money. Never again. I’m warning everyone—save yourself the disappointment and go literally...
Read moreWent here late night already, around 11pm. We were the last customer at the place.
I like their Sisig, it's a mix of meat and other body parts of the pig. The Liempo is not hard to chew and it tastes great, the sauce is a-okay. Tofu is so-so, not so bad but can be more flavorful.
Dynamite was the star of the night, it was cheesy and spicy. It was also the first one to be served, after all it's the appetizer so I was happy that it was served that way.
I highly recommend the place, tho there's like a...
Read moreLoved the food. T-bone steak was so tender and fresh. We can choose the doneness of the meat. Grilled liempo is my favorite. So smoky, tender and juicy. Good service. They have outdoor dine in too. Only drawback is they need some renovations. Reasonably priced and worth every Peso!!! The adobong pusit was surprisingly good. The grilled we ordered in the menu are delicious and great. Would love to...
