Food is good I've heard, place is good I've heard. Yet they should improve in costumer service . We made a reservation almost a month before our target date, the staff recieved the reservation. After a week or 2, my wife went there to pay our reservation, sadly the staff told us they cannot recieve the payment becuase our reservation was already taken. On the same day we made our reservation, someone personally also made a reservation there and PAYED, this is how the staff told me. Did they ask us to pay for the reservation the day we made it? NO. worst service i encountered! a few days ago we inquired for their venue for the 1st birthday and christening of my little one, we are down to finalizing and settling the event when all of a sudden someone came and wanted to book at the same time and date, the coordinator left the table and were talking with the other client at the corner, then and there things changed, suddenly they wanted us to move the venue in their other branch, we tried to explain our side but it seems people gets ignored for unknown reasons, our concerns were ignored.. keep it up Aroo Grills, is that how u treat people? do you have any basis on treating people? thats what i experienced, the worst...

Coming here is a great return to Filipino culture and cuisine. We recommend the Pinakbet, Bagnet Dinuguan, and Halo-Halo. The serving was more than we could have ate but every bite wasn't overwhelming. If you came here for a feast, this place is perfect for you. It features a peaceful and wooden atmosphere as every turn you will see famous Filipino architecture like a wooden eagle, a sailor's canoe, and a bunch of calming lights.

Some of what we observed was that the waiters seemed too busy. Don't worry about their overall service since it's understandable to be fast while catering to several customers at once.
