I recently visited KFC with my family for lunch, expecting a delightful meal as we usually do. However, I must express my disappointment with the overall experience. I believe it is important to provide feedback in a constructive manner, hoping that it will assist in improving the service and ensuring consistent availability of items at all times.

Atmosphere and Service: Upon entering the restaurant, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff greeted us with politeness. The service was prompt and efficient, for which I commend the KFC team. However, there were certain aspects of the meal that fell short of my expectations.

Beverage Selection: Regrettably, I was disappointed to discover that there was no availability of soft drinks at the time of my visit. While I understand that situations may arise where certain items may be temporarily unavailable, it would be beneficial for KFC to ensure consistent availability of a diverse beverage selection to cater to the preferences of their customers.

Fries Quality: One of the primary concerns I had during my visit was the quality of the fries served. As a long-time patron of KFC, I have always appreciated the brand's commitment to delivering consistently delicious and crispy fries. However, on this occasion, the fries were noticeably different from the standard I have come to expect. They lacked the signature taste and texture that make KFC fries unique. I couldn't help but draw a comparison to street food fries, which, in this instance, exceeded the quality of those offered by KFC.

They are serving first the take home orders before the dine-in orders. We waited long time for our orders, we ordered 3 chicken chops and 2 fun shots then the cashier told as that the chicken will be serving for 15mins and i told her that it's ok, but while i was waiting i am watching the staff preparing and serving the food to other customers, which they serve first the customers with take-away orders who are in line after me until the fun shots finished so they serve first the chicken chops and i have to wait again for the fun shots.
