Chef Bac's Eat & Chill Restaurant — Restaurant in Angeles

This has been our go-to samgyupsal place. We’ve eaten here several times and always appreciated the warm welcome. “Welcome po” when you enter and “Thank you po, see you po” when you leave.

Pero I just want to point out one crew member who we've consistently noticed to be a bit… off. This crew never even looks at us kapag magbibigay ng refill, kapag may request kami for refills or anything, no smile. I understand na busy sila, but a small smile or a little acknowledgment won’t hurt. Nakakailang kasi while everyone else is accommodating, she gives off a totally different vibe.

It feels like she only greets because it’s required like scripted. Kasi habang kumakain, parang cold, pero pag-alis mo biglang sinabihan ako ng “Thank you po, see you po,” lol. Not trying to call her out, but hoping she gets proper guidance. She was wearing a smart watch with a rainbow strap and yellow crocs. Hindi po ito para manira, but more of a constructive feedback. It was our first time here. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how many people were dining—which made us really curious. It must be good, right? And it truly was! The food was delicious and clean. We’ve been to many samgyupsal places, and usually, when it’s ₱199 unli, the quality drops. But not here! Even at ₱199, everything was high quality—from the meat and lettuce to the side dishes. They even have a staff member dedicated to serving side dishes using a small cart, which is a nice touch. What impressed us even more was that they were the ones asking us if we wanted refills—no need to call for their attention! Absolutely amazing! This samgyeopsal restaurant blew us away. The meat was fresh and flavorful, grilled perfectly at the table, and the unli chicken wings were a total game changer. crispy, juicy, and seasoned just right. We couldn’t get enough!

And the kimchi? Easily the best I’ve ever tasted perfect balance of spice, sourness, and crunch. Side dishes were delicious and always refilled promptly.

The staff were friendly, fast, and super attentive. Clean place, cozy atmosphere, and unbeatable value for the price. If you love Korean BBQ, this spot is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be coming back...
