K Cafe — Restaurant in Angeles

I just got back from lunch at K Cafe Nepo Center. What pathetic service!!! Considering there was hardly anyone there when we walked in, I can see no acceptable excuse. Went with my daughter and ordered 1 Choco Loco Smoothie, 1 Gambas Al Ajillo appetizer, and 1 Mexican Roll Up. Smoothie took around 30 minutes, Mexican Roll Up came around 20 minutes later. It was served with Iceberg lettuce instead of Arugula as stated on the menu. Halfway through the roll up I asked the waiter what happened to the Gambas since normally appetizers are served BEFORE the main course. He said he would follow it up. I told him that if they had forgotten about it to just cancel it because I didn't feel like waiting another 45 minutes. He came back and said they forgot about it so I cancelled. After the Roll Up, I ordered 2 Sizzling Apple Cheesecakes. The first one came after around 20 minutes. I had to follow up the 2nd one twice! It finally arrived around 15 minutes later! Finally I asked for the bill which came to P925.00. I gave the waiter P1,000 and had no intention of leaving any tip after the pathetic service we received. After waiting around 15 minutes for my change to come back I finally stood up and went to the cashier to get it myself. I left the 3 waiters standing around the cashier with a tip far more valuable than any money I could have left. I let them know how pathetic their service was and that this was my first and last time at K Cafe. The food was probably not that bad but unfortunately the whole experience left a very bad taste...

We had to wait for an hour before our food was served. When it finally arrived, it was not even hot!

The aircon wasn't working properly, and they had only one electric fan turned on.

The table beside us ordered pineapple juice. After the waitress finishing taking order, she left the cafe and returned with canned pineapple juice from somewhere outside. I am assuming she bought it somewhere near.

I noticed a refrigerator near the reception area that appeared to be out of place and should have been kept inside the kitchen. A chef in uniform came out of the kitchen and got some strawberries from that fridge with his bare hands. Later, those strawberries were placed on top of a cake, which was then served to...

I'd say the food is tasty. For salad, you may try "Maki Salad" - i love the taste of the mayo-wasabi on a salad, with those sweet ripe mangoes. Don't miss their salmon recipes - they got 2 salmon recipes and i like'em both. I just got a funny experience last night at the resto, i ordered Steak ala Pobre and when the crew served it, he gave me a dull "bread knife" 🤣 so i have to ask another experienced crew to give me a steak knife. Overall, this resto in Nepo Quad is my run away place when im hungry 😅 plus they don't fail to give a good presentation...
