I’m from San Diego, California which is arguably one of the few regions outside of Mexico that does great Mexican food. So when I saw that there was another reviewer who said that the food here tasted like the food from San Diego, that piqued my interest. After my recent visit, however, I could not disagree with him more. The food tastes nothing like San Diego Mexican food - the guacamole was bland, the salsa was way too chunky, the “spicy” salsa appeared to be their regular salsa with a bunch of crushed red peppers flakes, the chips were thin, the fish tacos used a hard shell taco and some kind of creamy white sauce, the carne asada was under seasoned and dry, the soft tortillas were pale white across the board, and the burritos had open ends.

To be fair, the food is adjusted to the local palate and the locals do seem to legitimately enjoy it. The place is also clean and inviting inside. It’s a good spot to spend time with...

Very very bad experience. When we arrived, the attendant asked how many are we. Then we said 10. She immediately ask in a different tone “ sure bang 10?!” I thinks she is annoyed that they have to move some chairs. The food is just ok. They have good guacamole. But the attendants gives bad vibes and ambiance to the restaurant. First we ordered drinks. Then she shouted to the other girl on the bar “San mig light lang daw!” When she served the food nagulat nalang ako when she placed the food on the table then tsaka sya nag “excuse me” in a very annoyed voice. We came there to meet our friends who we hadn’t seen in a while but given the attitude of the waitresses, it bacame an annoying experience. PS. If you have children don’t go there.
