My daughter and I finally decided to stop in and see what this place was about, and we're certainly happy we did. Upon entering you would think you were in Japan the way the restaurant was so clean. I'm serious the place was spotless. Our waitress always had a smile on her face, she was polite, and explained to us several different dishes, and made recommendations accordingly. We did have some spicy ramen soup which was fresh, and had just the right spicy taste to it. We also indulged in the shrimp tempura, and steamed dumplings which were also fresh and tasty. Only fault I will give them is that the serving sizes are small, and the desserts weren't the best. We tried the popcorn/ice cream dessert, and a graham cracker dessert with fruit on top of it. Read moreOrdered spicy tonkotsu ramen. The broth had just the right amount of richness and creaminess. Chashu slices were marinated well and tender enough to chew with minimal effort. Noodles were just okay. They need to work on their ajitama tamago though, because it was way too hard boiled for me and lacked marinade.
The place itself had good ambience but had a strange odor that kind of ruins the initial impression of the place. My nose is quite sensitive so it kinda bothered my dining experience too.
Overall, I would come back to dine here again and try their other items. I just hope they work on that odor within...
