Mang Inasal Super 8 — Restaurant in Angeles

Hi I am a loyal customer or Mang Inasal eversince, I amg greatful fot the promo I bought 2 orders of chicken inasal unli rice with drinks and 2 lumpia, and I was supposed to have a free small halo halo.

Story time,

We got our oder it was served the crew asked is the order complete I said no, we the halo-halo is not yet served the crew said ok she will follow up.

2nd attempr my husband asked for the extra rice, 2nd crew I follow up again hello we are waiting for the halo halo she said she is new and not aware about the promo that is lasts from oct 1 to oct 15 the crew then again said she will ask about the promo.

We are done eating I asked for the third time I went to the dispatch order area /kitchen hi crew number 1 and number to nine of you return we are done eating were is my halo halo we are about to leave .

It seems no one cares about my order i waited again 7 mins just to get my halo halo the crew just put it on the table with out lookong me ot even apologize

My complaint is please let your crew know about the promo you promote 2nd teach them to be nice and courteouse and 3rd teach them to be attentive to listening on your customer they have more time to do chatting instead of checking customers if we need anything like soup or rice or condements.

Hope to hear from you guys but of I wont hear anything I'll post on my social media to get your attention on this...

it was so disappointed when i visited this branch ..i invite my family to dine late at night it was 9 pm here in this branch because as i searched thier website all malls near in my place closed at 9 pm and this is the only branch close at 10pm so we expect that we can reached and dine here .But my expectations was lost when the crew told me that the store is closed already i felt bad because as far as i know they close at 10 pm so i raised my concern to the manager on duty why they put on thier website the clossing time and they didnt follow..And this is more disgusting when they reason out to me that they closed the store for cleaning!!!i think this is not a valuable reason to...

We had the most terrible experience dining here yesterday. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes to get our orders, aside from the fact that they leisurely do their jobs napaka dumi and init pa. The food? Ugh, awful. The sisig is served with what? A fish crackers instead of chicharon. The inasal chicken is not cooked well also. Even the other customers, grab drivers are getting mad na sa sobrang tagal kumilos ng crews. Then you’ll just see them having fun chit chatting. The cleaners are nag ddabog and yung mga nag sserve sa kitchen counters, though kudos to the cashier staff who happily served my sister. The other crews...
