I’ve been to Thailand several times—Bangkok, Krabi, and Phuket—and have always loved the authentic Thai flavors. This restaurant truly matches the taste and authenticity of what I’ve experienced in Thailand—100%! The flavors were spot on, just like the dishes I’ve had in Thailand. Everything was so good that we decided to take out more food after dining in. The ambiance perfectly captures the charm of Thai street food, making the experience even more authentic. Driving one hour from Bagac, Bataan, to this restaurant was absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely come back whenever I’m craving Thai food, especially their amazing Pad Thai. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Thai cuisine.

Thai Dayo Soi in Angeles is seriously a hidden gem when it comes to Thai food! The flavors are incredibly authentic and I always leave feeling completely satisfied. I've tried a bunch of different dishes there, and I haven't been disappointed yet. Everything just tastes so fresh and delicious, it's hard to pick a favorite! However, one thing that could be improved is the wait time. Sometimes, especially during peak hours, you end up waiting for quite a while. It's a bit of a bummer since the food is so good, and I wish it wasn't always such a long wait. But still, totally worth it in my opinion!

A bit pricey but the portions are generous. I would recommend coming at night to avoid the heat and enjoy the curbside street experience. I had a bit of every dish and each was a unique and different experience that my palate wasn't accustomed to. One can request for the dish to be not too spicy. Later on you can increase the spiciness by adding chili sauce already available on your table. No service water so be prepared to pay for bottled water. Find a table farther from the cooking station because as one can see, it can get quite hot.

If you're craving for authentic Thai food, unfortunately, this restaurant falls short in delivering that experience. The dishes are Thai-inspired but lack authentic flavors. They are heavy-handed on shrimp paste, which overwhelms the dishes. For example, their Pad Thai, while having good presentation, lacks the traditional sweetness found in Thai Pad Thai. Similarly, their Papaya Salad (Som Tam) is very salty and fishy, deviating from the fresh and tangy taste expected in Thai Papaya salad.

Furthermore, their Tom Yum Soup lacks freshness, possibly due to the absence of key ingredients like galangal, kafir lime, and lemongrass. As a result, I couldn't taste these essential elements in the soup. Overall, while the dishes may be Thai-inspired, they do not capture the authentic taste of Thai cuisine. The restaurant could improve by focusing on incorporating traditional Thai flavors and using authentic...
