We dined in for 2, we ordered food for 2 but after waiting, only 1 food arrived. We waited and after 30 minutes the manager approached us asking if we are still waiting for another food. I said yes of course since we are 2 only 1 food arrived.

The waiter who got our order approached us and told us that he repeated our order (even if he didn't) told me that he did not hear me ordering the second food. He told me that we can still have the option to take it out since there are a lot of orders lined up. SHOULD THAT BE MY PROBLEM SINCE IT'S YOUR FAULT YOU DID NOT HEAR MY ORDER AND DID NOT REPEAT IT BEFORE GOING TO THE KITCHEN??

Very frustrating because we have to wait again for 30 mins. The 2nd food arrived and we asked the 1st food to be reheated. They brought the food in the kitched. When they brought the food back to us it was like nothing happened and the food is still cold especially the rice.

However, they gave us complimentary drink, Cancelled the service charge and gave us a 10% discount because of what happened.

Food is good especially the dirty fries...

Tacos were soft shelled and not cruijente like they should be. They go well with the salsa verde and the salsa blanca. Burrito, nuff said, so good too.

The ribs were everything that I've been looking for tender, juicy and not dry at all, at a reasonable price too.

For the rice meal, I felt the garlic rice tasted better than the java rice. I've been skeptical ordering garlic rice because some restaurants literally just put garlic flakes on top of plain rice but not this restaurant, ellos tiraron la casa por la ventana.

Loved the dirty fries, totally worth the price for their generous serving, surprisingly crunchy too.

I ordered the beef chimichurri for myself and tbh it would've been enough for me but the rest couldn't finish the their food so I had more to eat. Tiene un sabor muy singular y rico.

Serving time felt like nothing at all and the food came in all around the same time.
