First of all, the biggest issue is that there are no common areas for hanging out that is air conditioned. In this climate, and in their location (Pampanga) I think it’s essential. To make matters worse, they have limited electric fans so we had to move the fans around. The ceiling fan in the karaoke area was broken and there were no fans in the billiards area and kitchen.

Although some small kitchen appliances were provided, they didn’t have basics such as a can opener, and a coffee maker. The kitchen faucet was broken. Their toilet flushes spat back waste, and one of two sinks in the bunk bed room bathroom was clogged. There was a a wall fan in the bunk bed room but only on one side, so anyone who was sleeping on the other side of the room wasn’t comfortable with the temperature.

You had to choose between the small pool jets and the rain shower feature because they couldn’t be opened at the same time. The pool tile was very slippery, especially in the area where there were poolside beds.

For a resort who claims to be “most outstanding”, this isn’t it. Don’t be deceived by...

NOT. WORTH. IT.

Here's why: The family room toilet was clogged, and the flush was not working properly. We couldn't use the gas range because the gas tank had run out, and they didn't have an extra one handy. The caretaker was grumpy. We were advised that we were only allowed to use the pool until midnight as it needed to be cleaned for six hours. Guess what? No one came to clean it. And for a pool that is "getting cleaned regularly," it didn't look or feel like it. The tiles were slippery. Some of the advertised amenities were not readily available, such as the kiddie ride and arcade. The common areas are not air-conditioned, and they only provided three fans. We had to move them around, as the ceiling fan in the karaoke area didn't work either. Some areas were dusty. The water heaters were not turned on. We had to figure it out on our own.

The place looks nice. Sadly, that's the only good thing about it....

The place looks nice, but the overall quality of service was very disappointing. Here are our main concerns:

The living area and kitchen are not air-conditioned. It gets extremely hot, and there are very few fans provided. We weren't allowed to use the pool for 6 hours during our stay because they said it needed cleaning. This should've been scheduled after checkout, not while guests are still there. There are too many rules, and some of them don’t even make sense or aren’t clearly explained. They charged us an additional P1,000 for an extra mattress, which wasn’t mentioned in the rules they sent beforehand. Toilets were clogged and the water flow was very weak.

Overall, the place is aesthetically nice, but the poor service and inconvenient policies made it feel like a waste of money....
