365 MODERN CAFE — Restaurant in Bacolod

We ordered steak, burger, carbonara, and fries to check what this place has to offer us, who are fond in eating just anywhere trying different foods. Let's start with the fries that was served first, well, it's just ok, saltiness is fair, as well as the mayo dip. Then the burger was served, it's mediocre, nothing special to it. The meat for me was not cooked well and bland. Let's go on the the third order that was served to us, the carbonara. It looks delicious, but as soon as I tried it, the first thing that hit me was the sprinkled bacon bits that was hard to chew on. Man, I think it was just for decoration, it didn't served the purpose. I didn't finish my carbonara as it was hard for me to eat with a non-friendly bacon bits. Lastly, the steak was served. When I ordered it, the waiter asked me how i want it cooked, I told him "well done". Ok, the plating was above-average, the salad on the side was good, but wait, the steak was very gummy. I needed like 5 minutes to chew on one slice of it. It was quite disappointing experience as far as the price is concerned, a customer must enjoy and be satisfied with what he/she is paying for. First time we went there, music is a little bit loud. Meron flies. Atmosphere is quite good.

The second time we come here the music is just right. But after awhile when only we were the ones who stayed the staff just turned on the music to a loud volume. The bass is not good to ears. Even the floor is vibrating. And the staffs were also chatting loudly. The net here is very slow and it's hard to not doubt if most of them are used by the employees, who are always on their cellphones.

LOUSY SERVICE!!! We were a group of 10 and went there for lunch yesterday. We placed our order and waited for an hour for our food to be served! The worse thing was that the food wasn't served at the same time. They would give us 2 orders then serve up the next after 15 minutes or so!!!! While the table next to ours (and who arrived a good 30 minutes after we did), were served their complete order first!!! Even our visitor from abroad said that the service was BAD!!! I had to apologize for taking them there. UGH!...
