Fat Choi Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Bacolod

Some food tastes great but some not that good. Flavors and textures are also inconsistent. I wish they could improve this. Especially for the chicken feet. UPDATE: The first 2 times we tried the chicken feet (in Mandalagan) tasted so good and also the texture was perfect. But we tried and tried again and it was different already (Mandalagan and also in the East) I also think there was a missing ingredient. We even asked the waiters if it is marinated inside the restaurant or it is brought in marinated already. So I really hope you could improve this just like other restaurants where the taste and texture are...

Fantastic, I was not real sure when we started as they had no customers while other places had many. Now I am not sure why... the food was amazing & service was great. We tried shrimp dumplings, fried siomai (Kung Fu style), siopao & more. It was all delicious. I will add I loved the Kung Fu style but be prepared for the spice & garlic, for me it was wonderful.
