COLD SHOWERS, A BROKEN ELEVATOR & A RUNDOWN ROOM !! I have stayed at various GO Hotels and never had a single issue until I stayed at the Go Hotel Bacolod. The standard rooms vary in their point of decay but most are old and run down. The superior rooms are newly renovated but also are double the price. All rooms have one thing in common. No water pressure and almost no hot water. The two photos clearly show the difference between the standard and the superior room. Location wise the Go Hotel is located next to the Robinson Place Mall in Bacolod which is mostly just an old and empty relic of better times. The street directly opposite the hotel lobby, you will find a mile long stretch of slums. It does not appear to be the best of locations to me. I would give this hotel a miss unless you want to pay double for a superior room and still don't mind showering with cold water. UPDATE: Right now the receptionist already informs guests at check in that there is no hot water and a notice on the desk warns customers beforehand that the elevator is broken.

Having stayed at three different Go Hotels now, I can confidently say they consistently deliver great value. Their convenient location near Robinsons Mall is a major plus. During our recent stay in Bacolod, their friendly staffs makes great first impressions. I appreciate the working elevators – a necessity often overlooked in most budget hotels. Our third-floor room was comfortable and clean, and the free water refilling stations located on every corridor were a nice touch. While the room offered basic comforts like cable tv and stable Wi-Fi, the outside views wasn't that scenic. The bathroom was clean, with a shower and bidet, but lacked complimentary toiletries. The 3-in-1 dispenser isn't the best solution. Instead of a traditional cabinet, two small drawers with charming lamps offered some storage. The compact desk and pants rack were thoughtful additions. Overall, for P1,400 per night, Go Hotels Bacolod delivers a comfortable stay in a convenient location. It's a great option for budget-minded travelers who prioritize essentials over frills.

You can't make this shit up🤦‍♀️ 1. After check-in went up with the key card the front desk provided. Opened the door and it was occupied😱 See photo with clothes and luggage and a video with background noise of what seems to be a kid's toy. 2. Doesn't look renovated. Things are broken and doesn't look like it was cleaned😅 3. Ordered a massage therapist. The massage itself was good enough, I guess. But to my surprise, the therapist, 25y or so, she was about to pull my boxers down😰 Out of nowhere she said that my nose is beautiful 😅 and at the door before she left after the massage, out of nowhere, she reached out and pinched my nose twice😨 What the hell is going on🤢 I only stayed in this hotel overnight while waiting for Radisson since it was fully booked when I arrived and there was only vacancy the next day and onwards. Damn! It's too bad to stay in a budget hotel for sleeping and a shower but they could at least do proper cleaning and maintenance. Plus what happened here, I cannot imagine! This is crazy!

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the room itself was satisfactory—comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, and a refreshing rainshower—the overall experience could have been much better with a few key improvements.||The TV in the room is outdated. It still runs on cable, which shows clear signs of aging (grainy channels, limited options). In this day and age, a smart TV should be standard, especially for travelers who rely on streaming services.||The Wi-Fi was also inconsistent. It worked decently in the early afternoon, but by evening and into the early morning, the signal became weak or unusable. This made it difficult to stay connected or get work done.||The bidet pressure was surprisingly good, and again, the rainshower remains one of the highlights of the bathroom.||Unfortunately, the air conditioning system was unreliable. I woke up past midnight sweating, only to find the AC had stopped functioning properly. It eventually corrected itself, but it disrupted my rest. Regular maintenance might help prevent this in the future.||The most disappointing part of the stay was the front desk service. During check-in and check-out, the staff—consisting of one male and one female staff—seemed more focused on their personal conversations than attending to guests. I expect a certain level of professionalism in any hotel. Staff chitchatting while ignoring guests creates a poor impression, more akin to a budget pension house than a hospitality establishment.||In summary:| • Upgrade your television systems, from obsolete cable tv to smart tv.| • Ensure stable Wi-Fi, especially during peak hours.| • Perform proper AC maintenance.| • Most importantly, retrain front desk personnel to be attentive, professional, and guest-focused.||These issues need to be addressed to make the stay truly worth it. After all, you are an award-winning Filipino hotel chain, it would be best to uphold your standards in maintaining...

I thought that this was the perfect hotel because of its location being beside Robinson's mall. That turned out to be the only good thing about this hotel. First upon check in, they told us that the check out time is 11am... What hotel checks their guests out at 11am? I asked them what is the latest check out because our flight is at 6pm. They insisted that 11am. I told them that among all my travels, they were the only one that do that. The receptionist answered in a "i couldn't care less" manner that its thier hotel's standard check out time. After getting in to the room... There were no cabinets, no table aside from a fold out that is strictly meant for a laptop. No place to put your luggage or airout your clothes. There is a tree like hannger on the wall supposedly iguess for wet or used clothing but not for new ones for immidiate use. Signs that eating inside the room ia not allowed. Basically its a a bed, mirrors and bath room. The shower is busted both for the rain shower and telephone shower. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible. You can bearly see your face while brushing uour teeth.. We stayed for a few hours. The air-conditioning was not working properly so we had to transfer to another room. Same as what we had with busted showers and all in the new room exept here the air-conditioning is working.. an oh.. did i mention that their elevator is not working? Not really an ideal hotel room if you are after convenience. Really poor...

Disappointed. We have made a booking at GO Hotels last 26-28 April for one of our event held in Bacolod. We have made a pre-booking for 6 rooms - 3 Queen and 3 Twin. there are few non-compliance issues that I would like to highlight: (1) when we check-in we are informed that only one (1) Queen Room is available and the rest are all Twins, then I show them the booking confirmation and only then they give us another Queen room. (2) Only 3 rooms are available upon check-in, since we booked 6 and we can only used 3 as some of our participants are unable to join us due to cancelled flights, we inform them that and we are willing to let go of our 3 rooms. The receptionist told us we can't do that they will provide the rooms in later timing but we cannot cancelled. We paid the full amount 6 rooms. (3) Upon checkout, they advise us that one of the rooms has not been cleared, so happen that this is one of the un-used room. We immediately check the room ourself and yes, GOhotels allow somebody to use the room that we paid =and gave it to someone else.

Main Point: -Safety and Security of the customer - GOhotels can issue several key cards for a single room to different customers -Cheating - we already paid the room although we don't occupy it and they let...
