Jollibee — Restaurant in Bacoor

I've been eating thru many Jollibee's around Cavite but the one of most indecent place I've been is this place first we came here as a family then we found out there's a table reserved for family only which is good but when we sat down together with my mom and aunt the waitress gross that's she just put the "family reserved" note in that by a prank. Do u know how it feels you've thru a place that is very far and when you finally sat down somebody will notify you it's just a prank. Then second unfortunate event is that when I ask for a gravy the waiter tells me that they don't do refills then I ask what I should do then buy a new cup of gravy...that is so unwanted from a Jollibee...

I don't understand, everytime I go to the Drive Thru of this branch and order food with french fries, the food handler / service crew always say "Sir pahiram po muna ng resibo nyo, mag-park po muna kayo. niluluto pa po ang french fries nyo". For the record, I suggest, when the customer gives their order and pay their order the employees immediately process and complete our order. Eliminate the part of saying "mag-park muna kayo". They should change their Drive thru ordering process, "DAPAT...

Hi po Jollibee Niog Team. Since 2019 nag oorder na po kami sa inyo mapa grab or food panda. Nitong mga nakaraang bwan halos sunod sunod na po ang palpak na orders. Bucket order 6pcs chicken, nagrequest ako na wag wings or leg pero nakakamura tlga kasi 6pcs na WING PART ANG NILAGAY😡. Pinalitan nyo ulit ng 6 pcs at sinabi ko kay grab rider na ipamigay nalang niya sa mga pulubi yung maling order 1 pc Chicken same note: Wag wing or leg pero ayan nnman WING PART NANAMAN... No choice need na kumain ng lunch ng mr ko. 2 pc chicken: Anglinaw ng note na wag lalagyan ng wing part or leg part pero grabe nananadya ata yung taga arrange ng order kasi laging wing part binibigay. Maayos yung spicy chicken pero yung original chicken lasang gaas. BAKS LUMA YUNG FRYING OIL NA GINAMIT. Grabe anak ko pa unang tumikim ng balat. Nakakadismaya lang.. This is soooo absurd. Nakakaawa yung mga grab rider na pabalikbalik dahil mali ang order.
