I went to the Bacoor Boulevard store today, May 12, 2024 at around 12:20 PM. I was told that my order of 2 Medium Pizzas - 1 Creamy Chicken Pesto and 1 Tacko Wacko would take 30 minutes. Knowing that today is Mother’s Day, I totally understand that the wait time will be longer than the usual. The 2 pizzas I ordered were punched in their cash register @12:23 PM. An hour later @ 1:21PM, the cashier informed my husband that the 2 Medium Pizzas I ordered was already being placed in a box. 15 mins after, the pizzas were still not ready. Why is this experience is so upsetting.
The cashier told my husband the pizzas were ready and were being placed in a box when in fact, that was not the case because the waiter in white who followed up my order told me that the 2 pizzas are still in the oven. 2 employees telling 2 different stories. Obviously, one of them is not telling the truth.
When I went to the cashier to complain, the same area where the other crew members were preparing the pizzas, NO ONE, NOT EVEN 1 OF THE MANY EMPLOYEES APOLOGIZED. The total wait time for my order was 1 hour and 30 minutes.
I have worked in customer service for the past 18 years and I know that there was an error/miscommunication that happened. The customer who ordered 15-20 mins after I Ordered got their pizzas first.
I understand that errors do happen, it would be the right thing to do to apologize and take ownership of errors that were committed. I have worked with difficult customers and I have worked with patient and understanding customers too. I hope that your branch employees will be professional enough to take ownership of their mishaps and apologize for their errors.
I visited your store because of a recommendation of a vlogger and your pizzas taste good but your customer service in busy days need to shape up. It was frustrating that they were greeting the customers “Happy Mother’s Day” but could not take ownership of their mistake. I will not visit your store again because customer service is equally important as the quality...
Read moreMy family and I had dinner at this restaurant after checking out online reviews and feeling curious. We decided to try the chick'ndi feast and the taco whacko flavor pizza. The restaurant seemed understaffed, leading to a delay in taking our order, and there wasn't a waiter nearby to assist us when we were ready. After placing our order, it took some time for them to serve, starting with the pizza. The pizza from the bundle was around 10 inches, smaller than what we're used to, but it served well as an appetizer. It had a nice balance of flavors, and the pizza dough was golden brown and crisp, unlike other places where it tends to be pale and chewy.
Following the pizza, they served the boneless chicken and fries included in the bundle. While the chicken was initially delicious, it became increasingly salty with each bite. The fries were crispy but somewhat hollow inside, and the cheese sauce provided was bland at first but improved with multiple dips.
Next, the spaghetti arrived, resembling those from major fast-food chains in appearance and taste. It was the largest portion in the bundle. The gravy for the chicken had a similar flavor to that of a fast-food chain, but its consistency was lacking, resembling refrigerated leftover gravy.
For dessert, they served a free scoop of ice cream included in the bundle, one for each person, making a total of four scoops. Overall, for PHP 999, the meal included a 10-inch pizza, around 8 pieces of boneless chicken with gravy, two small baskets of french fries with cheese dip, a large plate of spaghetti, and a 1.5-liter soft drink. While the food was worth its price, the service could use...
Read moreThis was our first time dining at Pizzadidi, and we were excited to try their pizza after hearing great reviews from influencers who claimed it's better than the more well-known commercial pizza chains. The ambiance is nice, though the air conditioning isn't centralized, so you need to find a spot where you can actually feel it. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, which included a medium pizza, one order of spaghetti, and two fried chicken and mozza balls. It felt like a long wait for just that. The pizza was really good—we ordered the chicken pesto pizza, and it was definitely better than Angel’s. However, we were really disappointed with the fried chicken AF!!!. It wasn’t cooked through, and the inside was raw. We complained to the waitress and asked for it to be replaced, but they just refried the same chicken. The plate came back super oily, like they didn’t bother draining the excess oil after frying it again. Overall, we were disappointed with both the food and the long wait time. We’re unlikely to dine here again and will probably try other pizza...
