This is by far the WORST KFC branch I have ever been to.
On my first visit for breakfast, two staff members were openly arguing and correcting each other in front of customers. When it was finally my turn, the cashier refused to accept my bill because it was “a bit dirty” and claimed that customers don’t want that. I asked to speak with the manager, and only then did they apologize. On top of that, they were extremely rude.
On my second visit, things were no better. There was only one staff member handling everything—taking orders, preparing them, and packing them for takeout—while the other counter stayed unused. Customers were visibly frustrated, and several left because of how slow the service was. Another staff member would occasionally show up but only to check orders, not to actually help. The manager was just at the back but didn’t bother to step in, unlike in other KFC branches I’ve been to.
To make things worse, my order didn’t even come with utensils or tissues. This wasn’t the first time it happened either. I had to go back to the counter to ask for them, and of course, I had to wait again while the teller finished what she was doing.
Overall, this is the worst KFC store I’ve ever experienced. The service is unprofessional, disorganized, and simply disappointing. I would not recommend this...

We used to dine at this branch regularly, and while we've experienced some rude staff before, I chose to let it slide thinking they might just be tired. But our most recent visit was completely unacceptable and cannot be tolerated anymore.
We went there around 7 PM – clearly dinner time – and the air-conditioning wasn’t even on. It was so hot inside that my son was sweating just by sitting down. My wife and I were sweating as well. How do you expect customers to enjoy their food in that kind of environment?
To make things worse, the food was substandard. We ordered what I believe was called the Chicken Chop Bowl, but what we got looked like Shanghai lumpia – completely different from the picture on your menu.
On top of that, the cashier was rude, and when we asked for water, the crew refused to provide even a single glass. Isn’t it basic courtesy to offer water, especially for dine-in customers who ordered ala carte meals without drinks?
If this is the kind of service and quality your branch continues to provide, you're bound to lose a lot of customers. I sincerely hope this reaches the management team and action is taken before more loyal customers walk...

This restaurant has been great and handy for my hunger needs hahahaha. I love the Zinger steak meal here. Always, this place been nice and wondereful, except for the given date above.
My complaints are as follows: Your cashier, male, just turn his back in me and work a bit slow to work the other orders.
My Zinger sandwich was served cold. The bread seems not heated or cooled.
Due to this, I have to rate this 4 out 5 stars. Still, the rest of experience was always been wonderful, except for the give info above.
Kudoes to the male staff who is very attentive on helping the beggars by giving them water af also giving me a spoon. I forgot to ask his name.
