McDonald's North Molino — Restaurant in Bacoor

I recently visited this McDonald's branch and was deeply disappointed with the service. The new promotion, "Big in Size, Big in Taste," felt no different from the previous chicken offering. Despite ordering the promoted item, I was served a wing—small in portion, which did not align with the expectations set by the promotion. When I requested a replacement, the crew promptly swapped it, but the experience raised concerns about their awareness of the product they were serving.

Furthermore, the quality of the chicken was subpar—it appeared over-fried, with a reddish tint, and lacked any warmth, suggesting it had been sitting beyond its ideal holding time. This brings into question whether the staff is ensuring proper food quality standards.

Adding to the frustration, I noticed a gravy refill station, yet there was no gravy available. Multiple customers, including myself, asked for a refill, but our requests were left unanswered. On top of that, when I searched for a manager at the lobby or counter to voice these concerns, there was no one available.

McDonald's has long been a trusted and well-loved fast-food restaurant, and my family frequently chooses to dine here. We expect the value of the food and service to match what we pay for, and it's disappointing when standards fall short. Despite this negative experience, I remain optimistic and am willing to visit this branch again, sincerely hoping that my next visit will be a much-improved...

We bought food at the drive-thru and asked what chicken parts were available. They said thigh part, so we ordered two sets of 2 pieces. When we got to the window, I repeated that it should be thigh part, but they told us there was only one order left. They asked if we were willing to wait 10 minutes, and we said yes. They told us to park in the waiting area, but my companion said it sounded like we had to pick it up inside the lobby.

My point is, why do we need to go inside if we ordered through the drive-thru? They should be the ones to bring it to us, right? It was even raining at that time, which made it more inconvenient. I have visited this branch more or less than 5 times. I have to say it’s strategically located where people could just drive thru or dine-in. Usually see people go to this store after their morning jog along city hall or Nomo as well as riders. In my case, I like to grab light meal or just coffee before working out.
