We ate several dishes from the restaurant from our 2-day stay at Las Casas. Amatriciana - very good dish. I would like to go back at Las Casas just to eat this again. Choose the linguine as pasta because it goes very well with the sauce. Cooked al dente as well and has a very nice bite to it. Pepperoni pizza (wasn’t able to take a photo) - one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. When we eat out, I usually eat just one slice of pizza but this time, I finished 4 slices. Crispy but chewy thin crust. Crab and Ricotta Cannelloni - the mixture of fresh pasta, ricotta, crab meat, and bechamel sauce were a very delightful party in my mouth. Mozzarella fingers (wasn’t able to take a photo) - just okay Braciola de Maiale (wasn’t able to take a photo) - the pork chops were flavorful and tender. The homemade mashed potato was also very good but I wished they served more because the pork chop cut was thick and the ratio to mushroom is not good. Please consider adding more serving of mashed potatoes. Calamansi Pie (wasn’t able to take a photo) - too sour for our liking. Maybe there should be more meringue toppings and thicker custard base to balance the sourness of the calamansi pie. We were not able to finish this one because it was too sour. Service and atmosphere - superb. The crew were nice, very hospitable, and the place was also cozy and really fit for an authentic Italian restaurant. We will definitely be back once we go back to Las Casas again. P.S. please consider adding soup to your menu.

The vast resort grounds are lined with canals and architecture that recreates the Spanish colonial era. A variety of entertainment, relaxation and recreation are offered to ensure the best possible accommodation experience. A spa, pool, private beach, three restaurants, and heritage tours through history, as well as marine activities such as kayaking and island hopping are also available. The rooms are equipped with a full range of amenities and feature a mix of traditional and modern interiors. Room types include Deluxe Rooms, Large Superior Deluxe Rooms and Family Suites.

One of the available restaurants in Las Casas which serves Italian food. The food and service was great as well as the ambiance inside the restaurant. We dined inside the restaurant for lunch but they also have alfresco dining during dinner time. Pizza was freshly made and baked. They also offer some focaccia with some olive oil, cheese, and balsamic vinegar as a dip while waiting for your order. Also may fall on the pricier side at an average of around 1000 php per person. Their bevearage selection is the same as the other restaurats in Las Casas.

The atmosphere is great. The historic building coupled with live music playing in the background was excellent. However, the food could have been better. I loved the risotto, but the grilled prawn, salmon steak, and crab ravioli could be much better, especially for their price. The margherita and mushroom pizzas are alright, but the dish that saved the night was the risotto teodora. The service was nice, but there was a significant wait time before our party was attended to by the staff. While the staff are polite, there were significant delays in their taking of our orders and subsequent follow ups. Overall, the experience wasn't too bad, but there is much room for...

Went for lunch and we were a group of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids). Beautiful restaurant but the kitchen and service was extremely slow! Almost 2 hours for just salads and pasta. Portions were also fairly small. The “mista” salad was just side-salad portions with large-salad pricing. Ridiculous. Crazy to see them sending a lot of hot food to a large empty table that was set aside for a big group. Such a disappointment. We were staying overnight so we knew we had a bit more time to explore the area, but can’t imagine wasting this amount of time if you were just visiting...
