Location: located at slaughter house near known restaurants such as Bakareta. However, expect traffic at most times especially peak hours and lunch times. (3.5/5) Place: interiors is just right, like a classic baguio resto. A little bit cramped during ny visit (full house). Definitely requires to have an overall renovation to get rid of the built smell over the years of operation. Parking is also cramped - one way in one way out.(2.5/5) Food: Our orders were all tasty and delicious. Have all the perfect amount of seasonings and recipe. Serving size's a little bit small for its price but complimented by the taste. (4.5/5) Service: Waiters and servers are definitely accomodating, but sometimes might just ignore you when place is full and busy. Must have a system inside the restaurant. I would also like to pinpoint the importance of giving out receipts to customers not just plain computation and payments. (3.5/5) Price: not all can afford it but definitely justified by the food's taste. (4/5) Overall: Good experience but there are still rooms for improvement. (3.6)

We ended up at this restaurant as a second choice after our usual spot ran out of popular items. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a very warm greeting from the staff, who were consistently great and professional throughout our visit. The ambiance was truly amazing, with a distinct anime and bamboo theme that created a wonderfully Asian atmosphere. However, the experience hit a snag with the food. While the staff and decor were top-notch, several menu items were unavailable, and the dishes we did order were quite basic. Compounding this, the portions were small, especially considering the sky-high prices. Despite these culinary drawbacks, we still managed to have a great time, largely due to the excellent service and inviting environment. Personally, though, given the value proposition, I wouldn't return here, not even as a second choice.

Came here to try the butt and balls (ari at borat ng baka) so it’s kind of misleading that they spell it as “butt”. Tastes good but it’s more of a novelty dish than something you’d order again. The balls have a similar texture to pig ears. The butt is more like kidney but with the texture of camote Kilawin baka is okay. Not just beef meat. Chicharon bulaklak is very very greasy and tastes odd compared to the usual. Service is very quick, but kind of loud inside. Warm inside which is appreciated.

We've been visiting Baguio since I was a kid, but this was my first time trying Balajadia Kitchenette—and even my first time venturing into the Slaughterhouse area for some good Bulalo.

We were lucky to arrive just before the lunch rush and managed to get a table right away. We ordered the Bulalo w/ vegetable, Inihaw na Pork, Tortang Talong, and Beef with Broccoli.

To be honest, this was the best meal of our trip. The Bulalo was the highlight—light yet incredibly flavorful. The rest of the dishes were just as satisfying. The Inihaw na Liempo was a bit unusual at first since it came with dinuguan as its dipping sauce, but after a few bites, it actually grew on us and turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

The staff were friendly and easy to approach, which added to the overall experience. It was a truly enjoyable and memorable first visit to Balajadia Kitchenette—and definitely...
