Grand Peninsula Suites — Hotel in Balanga

This not a hotel.||It"s a house converted into several SMALL rooms, and all are all a different layout.||Some would have a fridge, some not. Some have a Tv with Cable channels, some not.||After a shower I have to mopp the floor in the bedroom outside the bathroom, because it is so small that you can hardly turn around in the shower and there was a 1 Inch gap between the door and the floor sill so any water from the shower leaked into the room. And the toilet is RIGHT there.||If you are taller then me ( 5' 7" ) you CANT sit down on the toilet because the wall is THAT close that your knees hit the wall.||||They advertise WiFi, which is as effective as a Snow man in a Sauna.||||Some of the Staff were good, and some looked like they thought that you were interfering with there Screentime, if you asked for somethig.||Dont put the laundry in, if you are in a hurry. iIt will come back 2-3 days later after YOU ask for it for the fifth time.||One morning really early, I even asked the OWNER if I could have it back that afternoon, and after first saying " we'll try " which is not what I wanted to hear, he said yes.||Two days later, I saw that laundry.||||Unfortunatly I dont get a say in where I stay as I travel for Buisiness, however, from ||now on I will be letting other Travellers know about the many different spots I go to and my humble or not so humble opinoin of the hotel I am staying at.||||All in all, Save yourself the greif and frustrasion and dont go there.||||I have seen some of the other reviews even before arriving here and most of them would be clic bait and/or totally fake.||||Seriuosly folks, Dont...

This place was absolutely not same as it was in the pictures . We had a shocking first room which smelt , was unclean and the shower room was disgusting.. Second room after we complained, was only slightly better as it didn’t smell as bad as the 1st room . There was no swimming pool as is stated on their website. As it is under renovation . If I can only put the photos here to show the proof of the state of the place . I’ve took some photos as we are not very happy about this place . If we could only refund the booking which is not refundable via booking .com for 4 rooms ( our mistakes ) We were all stressed during the stay ( glad it was only one night . My teenage twins didn’t even have showered as they were disgusted about the place and the looks of the shower . We just literally slept and changed clothes in the morning and left early morning. The pool is dirty. Don't bother bringing a swimsuit. Our room was an extension. I think the whole flooring was only laid metal bars and they put carpet over it. Pretty scary thought if it collapse. I told my kid not to jump.

Bathroom is too small. If you are tall like my husband, it's a very uncomfortable time sitting on the toilet or showering. The bathroom door is made of semi see through fiber class. I guess they don't expect guest with children.

Room is clean. Staff are nice and cordial.

No options during breakfast. Whatever they laid out for you is the only choice.

Parking lot fits only 1 car. If it's taken, your car will be sitting out on the street

The place is in a quiet neighborhood area. Not where you expect a hotel would be. Making it hard to find.
