Jollibee — Restaurant in Balanga

Slowest jollibee service of all branches I have been to. No sense of urgency despite the long line and this is not just one time but every time I visit this branch. One time the manager is also there but does not create action to better the situation. I do not understand their system as the cashier gets the order of (1) ONE customer, prepares it, wait for the order to be completely done, before accommodating the next customer. and to say that this is unhygienic is another issue (holding a money and preparing the food). Not all braches (owned/franchise) has the same sizes of chicken. They are not following the grams per person. The price is getting higher but the food is getting smaller.
