Bacolod Chicken Inasal - SM City Baliwag — Restaurant in Baliwag

Last Feb. 14, 2015 we were in SM City Baliuag... It so happen that it was SALE on the mall, haay, hindi ko alam! Ang dami tuloy tao! We arrived at SM around 6:45 then walk a little even were starving. Until we finally decided to have our dinner. Unfortunately, all fast foods and restos were full due to the sale and it's valentine, then we saw Bacolod Chicken Inasal, at first I was hesitant because I barely know the inasal resto but i gave it a try because it wasn't that full, of course we wait a little like 10mins to have an available table... After the wait then there is an available table, got the menu then we ordered 1 pork sisig, 2 petso chicken, 4 rice, 1 la paz bachoy solo w/egg, 2 iced tea, 1 gulaman and 2 leche flan for dessert, that's around 7:05. I thought that it will take a little long due to the sale and event... But believe me, the waiting was terrible, the batchoy came after 25mins, the drinks were served after 30...do you think that's long, our main meal came at almost 8pm... Well, ok, ok... It is Valentine and Mall Sale that's why, then we start to eat just to find out that the food was somewhat cold, the chicken was like left for 2 hrs. then served, it was cold and hard, the only thing served hot was the sisig and the plate, the sisig was terrible! I used to eat canned sisig for ulam and pulutan, try it, the taste was the same... I don't know, for that sisig price P185.00 I think the guests deserves better, well... The leche flan though is good... Maybe my comments were not that big deal, but please, if the management of Bacolod Chicken Inasal SM Baliuag or other branches can read this, please make some upgrade, your price wasn't cheap at all, but the quality was common, is that the best that you can give!? I'm a foody that's why I am writing...

Our experience is not that good but to be fair i will try to discuss some a balance review

Location - it is located inside SM Baliwag and the corner location is perfect for attraction

Place - The palce has no comfort room. The furniture are not mantianed as you can see on the picture. The decorations looks so bad and ugly. The Aircondition is not working and looks so messy when you look up.

They have high chair for toddler/children

You can pay using visa or master card. You can also pay with cash and other local e-money platforms.

The serving time is so slow.

The food is "Ok" but to be honest, mas masarap pa ung sa Mang Inasal. Ang mahal ng food dito grabe pero ung lasa hindi ganon ka ok. Mejo maalat siya.

The crew serve condiments and they are enthusiastic in helping. 👍👍

The store music is not appropriate.

The food is not worth the price. It’s expensive. The service is bad. We dine in around 2-3pm 8 Jul 2024. The 1st lady cashier who attended to us is not friendly nor welcoming. I can see her eyebrows raising, face is not smiling. She does not possess a good customer service skills. Then when we are about to pay our bill, found out they served us wrong halo halo (regular) but the receipt shows halo halo with ice cream. The 2nd lady cashier then told us they will change the receipt instead. They are not apologetic tho. She even shows unhappy face when talking to me. Wasted...
