Yumgyeopsal - Baliuag Branch — Restaurant in Baliwag

My dining experience is not very satisfactory. Maybe because there are a lot of customers and the que for waiting is long., however it should not be the reason to affect the service right! I worked in the Food and Beverage area for so many years, so i know the feeling of a crowded service area. I feel it is understaffed, we have to call the attention of the server for refill as it was too slow. We are 12 people, so meaning we are quite hungry and we want to cook quicky and eat to satisfy our hunger. As mentioned, it is unlimited refill of the dishes but it never happens, the griller gas runs out, so we have to wait for them to change it and it took quite a while to change. The exhaust fan is not working at all. So in my honest suggestion, never accept walk ins reservation for large group if the service staff could not able to provide their basic needs and request, and atleast request for credit card machine, not all customers brings cash. I enjoyed dining in yumgyeopsal. Spacious parking. The staff are very polite and quick in action. The refills come in almost instantaneously.The meat is not too fatty. For Php375, pork, chicken, beef, side dish, and drinks. Not bad at all. Had to add Php50 per head for the unlimited serving of cheese. I suggest not ordering the cheese though because it is too watery. The heat from the pan is good because it was able to cook the meat in a short time

The downside for me is that they do not have a sink for washing. Some of the side dish are a little too salty. Other than that, good value...

Customer Service is 10/10. All the staff were really helpful. They helped me decorate the area for my son's bday, didn't expect that they will do that as this is a buffet restaurant with limited time. The servers were all polite and very attentive. Sure, the servings were small portions but the moment it ran out or you ask for a refill, they will immediately give you a refill. Thanks Geneva and the team, including the kitchen staff.
