McDonald's Baliuag — Restaurant in Baliwag

"Napabayaan Na" This place is my hangout place wayback in college. But now after coming back to this store here are my observations

Malangaw, there is so many fly thats ruining dine in customers. I hope that the food sanitation and safety is controlled intact.

The floor is so greazy. Even in the morning or in the evening the floor is greazy.

One of the crew's attitude is not polite he is rude. Mahirap mag judge pero ung parang bakla na mataray kung sumigaw sa mga customer dahil hindi agad na kapunta pag natawag ang number.

The comfort room is not clean and not well ventilated.

They are closing the second floor to save electricity and cleaning time although the firs floor is already crowded.

The glass wall were stained and dirty.

The parking boy always ask for coins, one time i gave 5 pesos and the parking boy is demanding 20 pesos for the parking. I hope the management will not allow the parking boy to be there and instead place 2 guards on duty so someone can assist the parking.

The guard is not welcoming. I waited for more than 30 mins for my order. The system is very unorganized. I was waiting to call my number the fact that my order were already in the counter. I supposed to dine in but the cleaner I guess put away my chair the fact that I left my things there so that they know there's a person sitting there. I took out my order instead and went home. They gave me a tasteless fries.

Suggestions: Get a microphone so that the customers could hear well their numbers.

Separate the counter from take out orders / delivery orders to dine in orders. Sobrang ang gulo.

Tell your guard and staff to be welcoming. Thr energy inside your branch is soooooo heavy. That means so much negativities there.

P.S I am very understanding and nice to the workers and waiters and servers in any business/ restaurants. I know who are the tired ones and the lazy ones. Your branch...

Instead of calling your order number, they tell you to watch the monitor to see if your number is being served, so if you are sitting far from behind the counter and the monitor you'll have to go back and forth from your seat to the counter several. 😩
