Scenario: went to drive-thru last night, and at the claiming window I asked if they could refill my tumbler with water (so I handed my tumbler) but eventually the lady didn't took it and told me that she will give me a water on the cup. So I'm a bit confused because it would be easier if they took my cup and refilled it. Eventually, I made a bit of a fuss on it, and they took my tumbler and asked me to move to parking, and they would deliver the food there.
So I waited for my food and tumbler in the parking area.
My food arrived, and it was delivered by the lady on the claiming window. She explained everything of why the management didn't allow them to take the tumbler inside and refill it. It was due to safety health issues.

The security guard on duty was quite dismissive and unhelpful. When I politely inquired about bringing my dog in an enclosed stroller, his response was a confusing "oh, eh anong gagawin ko?". Thinking he hadn't understood, I clarified with a smile that I was just confirming their pet policy. After returning to my car to get my dog in the stroller, the same guard approached me, stating he hadn't understood me earlier and realizing it was a dog, "Ay aso pala yan".

They now use a ticketing system to quickly get customers' order BUT they only made one cashier available to take orders. There was only me and another customer infront me but I had to wait for over 15 minutes then walked away from the store.
