Butch Seafood & Grill Restaurant — Restaurant in Batangas City

Butch seafood and grill is a large restaurant that specializes in fried seafood and grilled pork and chicken. It's got an al fresco section as well as an indoor al fresco section and an indoor air conditioned section for large groups. The food here is good and priced well but the wait staff are a bit inefficient and forgetful. We had to remind them several times for our plates in our large party. The other side of the table was already halfway through their food and we have yet to get our dining plates. They also got confused with the iced tea and they don't really take note of who ordered what and will just put the plates down on the table and let the diners sort themselves out which in my opinion is bad service. It's laziness on the part of the server or they just can't be bothered to remember.

It's my 4th time to eat here and i feel each time I come back, the service is getting worse. I hope they improve on...

we,ve been here 2x the first one is last June Fathers day it was a full house because of the occassion but they served and catered us well theres a bit of mistakes and hassles but its understandable because of too many people,,But when we are in second time last night Aug.28 my 2 sons birthday celebration we expecting for a happy celebration bit it turneD out into very big dissappointment,,,customers are not too many theres many spaces for accomodating more customers but their service turned to be very poor,,or we just incharged by an unattentive food server,,from serving utensils,water,soup bowl and incomplete orders,.i thonk they neglected us bit we have too many orders because of my 2 sons bday celeb.,,we will not ever come back here its a completely disaster our expirienced...

Disappointing visit on NYE lunchtime. This was our second visit and I'm sorry to say that, if the experience had been like this on our first visit, we would not have returned.

Instead of being informed when we sat down that an entire page in the menu was 'unavailable', we made our choices and were then told.

Likewise, we ordered drinks that were on the menu but not available. Finally, a pitcher of iced tea took nearly 30 mins to arrive.

The restaurant was not very busy, which could otherwise excused the lapses.

Food is nice and reasonably priced. I'm prepared to put this one down as a one off and we'll give them a try on our next visit to Batangas City, based on our...
