There’s a common problem to KFC…
First off, this branch first. Two doors for a doorway is a bit eh, but I’ll let it slide. The first floor is enough to accommodate ~20 people so its not congested, especially because it’s mostly a place where couples and small groups of people hang out. There’s wall plugs in some tables, haven’t tried it yet though. And the staff and overall movement in and out of the place is good , but there can be improvements.
Now what is that thing above? Yeah… KFC has a problem in their menu system and availability of foods. Here’s the problem: In a queue of maybe 3-5 people, you may have already chose an item you like. Now on the front you ask for the item, then the cashier says “the item is not available sir.” It’s awkward to say OK and leave, and it’s frustrating that the time is wasted. Granted this branch is forgiving to the customers (I heard worse in other branches) so that’s why I lowered this.
I wish that you can plaster a “sold out” or “not available” sign there. Please. It’s a waste of time for the business...

I was looking at the menu printed at the ordering/cashier side. But i was asked by one crew to check in the ordering monitor beside instead. No one is ordering and there is no line. Who the hell she is to instruct me to use that touchscreen monitor instead? I want to read the whole menu by the old style. Besides, I am not planning to order directly there. Your customers are not idiot to not understand basic ordering system.
As I handover my paper order to the same crew, I advise her to refrain from giving me legs. As a customer I have the right to demand. Upon opening the bucket at home, i discovered that she gave me 2 legs, 1 wings and 3 breasts (which are mostly bones). I will understand if she handed me all the parts equally, but no! Also, I wasn’t told earlier that Coke zero isn’t available. Only the time she fill the glasses which I have no other choice since there are no zero or lite options.
I will never buy in this branch...
Read moreThe entrance to the drive thru is a bit on the precarious side, and is very narrow. You would need to take the outer lane so you have enough space to maneuver.
Service was poor during our drive thru experience. The person taking the orders was not listening and ended up getting our order wrong. And then we had to wait because the items we originally ordered were unavailable. They were also so disorganized to the point they could not track which orders have already been fulfilled. This is not fast food.
Better to go to other locations with more experienced staff. Or even better yet, just...
