I recently dined at McDonald's Batangas, and while the food and ambiance were up to the usual high standards, I had a disappointing experience with their service. I placed my order through the KIOSK and noticed an option to have my meal served at my table after entering my table number. I chose this option, assuming it would save me the hassle of waiting at the counter.
However, after waiting for several minutes, I noticed other customers receiving their meals even though I had ordered before them. Confused, I approached the staff at the claim section to ask if my order was on the way. To my surprise, they informed me that they don’t actually offer table service, despite the option being available on the KIOSK.
This was quite frustrating and disappointing. If they don’t provide table service, the option shouldn't be available on the KIOSK, as it misleads customers and causes unnecessary confusion. I hope the management takes note of this and updates their system accordingly to prevent others from having a similar experience. The food and the place were great, but this misleading service aspect left a sour taste in my mouth.

They delivered dehydrated chickens and chicken nuggets, soggy and unsalted fries, even the cashiers screwed up punching the wrong orders that happened to me and to other customers that consumed more time because of refunds done.
With health protocols, last 2021 they just allowed some customers to approach the counter without wearing their masks after eating, a security guard even had the audacity chatting with a member of their crew without his mask on. And when face shields were mandatory, everyone even managers are not wearing it properly. I even complained online by answering surveys multiple times, was expecting a call from them but to no avail. No one called.
Only proves that this branch and the brand itself don't give a damn about good or at least acceptable customer service. If you are reading this and planning to dine with them, go somewhere else. We are affected by the people on the front due to poor planning.There were 4 cars in front and no option of turning back Even when taking orders, the staff can't even clearly hear you. We are waiting 30 min just to pay pa lang. Kulang sa diskarte. A very disappointing experience of drive thru. Not recommended.
