Super poor service and worse crew management.
They have the new self-serve kiosks and serving queue screens, but the crew cheats on the system: they instantly complete any order that shows up the screen 2 seconds after it appears even though the customer hasn't been served yet.
What then happens: (1) you do not have any idea of how many people are in the queue and (2) they don't serve out the food in the queuieng order but instead, what receipt or tray is easily reacheable. Overall, it makes your wait time, very unpredictable.
Another thing that happens since the queue display is virtually empty, is that - the crew resorts to shouting out the number of the customer being served. It makes the store extra noisy and stressful. And if you are like me who were unlucky, may be dealt with a crew member who have a very shrill and irritating voice shouting out to everyone.
I know that this is retail fast food, but I suggest you spare yourself from the hassle and opt for the Drive-Thru than walking inside this crazy store with a...

We got our drinks 3/4 full of ice- their reason why is that the float will not stay on top; I asked for less ice instead and no care given from their customer service. On the menu- no ice option is allowed; doesn't matter wether the float wouldn't stay on top of the drink- also a replacement could be done with just less ice- not a drink filled 3/4 full of ice.
